Santa will send his reply, by email, within 24 hours of receiving your message—unless you’d prefer a text or a phone call. If so, just let Santa know in the Comments section, and he’ll happily reach out that way.
To be sure Santa’s message doesn’t get lost in the snowy winds of cyberspace, please add his email address to your contacts or safe‑sender list.
After Santa sends his first reply, he’ll follow-up, one week later, with a cheerful text or phone call if he hasn’t heard back from you.
And if, for any reason, Santa’s email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, feel free to reach out directly—he never wants anyone left waiting at the North Pole mailbox.
